I use drained plain nonfat yogurt as a binder in my tuna salad sandwiches. I usually add a little Dijon mustard, dill pickle relish, chopped boiled egg and onion along with the yogurt and tuna. Yummy!
For a change of pace, I use Hidden Valley ranch dressing in the bottle. It also comes in a low/no fat version. It's quick and easy, no ingredients to mix. Try it, you'll be pleasantly surprised!
:) Try a low/no fat vinaigrette. Consider using a herb infused or unusual vinegar, or citrus juices as part of this.
