Do you have a leek salad recipe?

I'm looking for one I saw in a magazine with leeks and a bean (not green beans) -- possibly navy, pinto or garbanzo, I'm not sure. Any help appreciated! Thanks!Do you have a leek salad recipe?
1- can pinto beans drained and rinsed.


1/2 leek sliced thinly and separated


2-med stalks celery sliced


1/4 cups mushrooms chopped


1-tbsp white vinegar.


1-tbsp vegetable broth


2-tsp dijon mustard


1/2 tsp salt


1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper





mix all above in a large bowl and serve
