I have a whole pack of crab meat, and i need some recipes.

ELEGANT CRAB AND AVOCADO SALAD
3 envelopes plain gelatin
3 med. avocados, mashed
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, grated
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
FOR CRAB SALAD:
4 (6 1/2 oz.) cans white crabmeat
1/3 c. chopped pimento
1/2 finely chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. pepper
Pour 1 cup cold water into top of double boiler. Add gelatin and stir until it dissolves. Refrigerate gelatin for about 1 hour until it thickens. Combine remaining ingredients and add to thickened gelatin. Spray ring mold very lightly with spray on oil. Pour gelatin mixture into slightly chilled ring mold. Cover and refrigerate until set. Keep covered until ready to serve.
Rinse crabmeat in cold water, removing any ligaments. Add and blend remaining salad ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
When ready to serve, insert knife around edge of mold and dip mold in hot water for 30 seconds, making sure not to dip below water level. Place serving plate over mold and invert. Mound crab mixture in center and serve.
OR
CRAB MEAT SALAD
8 oz. pouch Crab Meat
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. minced onions
Dash Season-all Salt
Pepper to taste
1 boiled egg, chopped
Mix all ingredients. Chill overnight and serve on lettuce leaf with Ritz crackers.
OR
PEAS AND CRAB MEAT SALAD
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans crab
2 c. frozen peas, thawed
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. celery, diced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2/3 c. mayonnaise
Crisp salad greens
In medium bowl, separate crab pieces, removing membrane. Add remaining ingredients, except salad greens. Mix gently to combine. Refrigerate, covered, for 1 hour. Serve on salad greens.
OR
CRAB - RICE SALAD
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crab
3 c. cooked rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sm. peas, cooked
4 stalks celery, chopped
1/3 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 tbsp. Spice Island salad seasoning
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Salt %26amp; pepper to taste
Bibb lettuce leaves, optional
Curry powder for garnish
Combine crab, rice, peas, celery, green onions, sour cream, mayonnaise, salad seasoning, lemon juice and salt %26amp; pepper to taste. Chill 24 hours (if in a hurry a couple of hours will do). Serve on leaf of lettuce and sprinkle lightly with curry powder or serve plain.
OR
CURRIED CRAB SALAD
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can Alaskan King Crab or 1 (6 oz.) frozen Alaskan King Crab or
1 lb. imitation crab meat
1 c. uncooked long grain rice
1/4 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salad greens
Green pepper rings for garnish
Drain and slice canned crab, or defrost and slice frozen crab, or slice imitation crab. Reserve a piece for garnish. Cook rice according to package directions. Combine oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and toss with hot cooked rice. Cool. Add chopped pimento, parsley, green onion, green pepper and crab and toss to mix.
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder and mix thoroughly into salad. Serve chilled on crisp greens. Garnish with reserved crab and green pepper rings. (6 servings)
OR
CRAB AND KIWI FRUIT SALADS
2/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Dash of ground red pepper
2 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen salad-style crab-flavored fish, thawed
4 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced crosswise
1/4 c. sliced almonds, toasted
In a medium mixing bowl combine mayonnaise or salad dressing, green onion, lemon juice, ginger and red pepper. Stir until well blended.
Fold crab flavored fish into mayonnaise mixture. If desired, cover and chill for up to 6 hours.
For salads, overlap kiwi slices around the outer edges of 4 salad plates. Spoon crab mixture onto centers of plates. Sprinkle with almonds. Makes 4 servings.

Crab meat And Cucumber Salad
# 2 medium-sized cucumbers
# 陆 pound fresh crab meat or one 7陆-ounce can crabmeat
# 2 tablespoons white vinegar
# 2 tablespoons soy sauce
# 1 teaspoon sugar
# 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
# 1 tablespoon sesame-seed oil
Pick over the crab meat and discard all bits of shell and cartilage.
Peel the cucumbers and cut them lengthwise in two. With a small spoon, scrape the seeds out of each half, leaving hollow, boat like shells.
Shred the cucumbers, not too fine, with a cleaver or large, sharp knife.
In a small glass or porcelain bowl, combine the vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, pepper and sesame-seed oil, and mix well.
Add the cucumbers and crab meat; toss to coat thoroughly with the dressing and chill slightly-no more than an hour-before serving.
I make this in a restaurant for a salad bar. I use crab meat, lemon juice mayonnaise, finely chopped celery , chopped green onions, %26amp; sugar. We all like it.
