Salad recipe using canned sliced olives?

Just found about 5 cans of sliced black olives... they are the 2.25 oz. size, anyone a have good salad/side dish type recipe that I can use some of them for?Salad recipe using canned sliced olives?
Greek Salad





. 3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges


. 1 medium cucumber, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced


. 1 small red onion, cut into thin wedges


. 1 recipe Greek Vinaigrette (see below)


. 8 to 10 Greek black olives


. 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (2 ounces)





1. In a salad bowl combine the tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Add Greek Vinaigrette; toss to coat.


2. Sprinkle with Greek olives and feta cheese. Makes 4 side-dish servings.


Greek Vinaigrette: In a screw-top jar combine 2 tablespoons olive oil or salad oil; 2 tablespoons lemon juice; 2 teaspoons snipped fresh oregano or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed; 1/8 teaspoon salt; and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Cover and shake well.














Seven Layer Fiesta Dip





Prep Time: 15 minutes


Makes 64 (2-tablespoon) servings.











Ingredients:


1 can (16 ounces) refried beans


1 container (16 ounces) sour cream


1 package (1.25 ounces) McCormick庐 Taco Seasoning*


2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese


1 cup prepared guacamole


1 can chopped tomato


1/2 cup sliced green onions


1/2 cup sliced black olives


Tortilla chips





*Or use McCormick庐 30% Less Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix.








Directions:


1. Spread refried beans in shallow serving dish.


2. Mix sour cream with Taco seasoning until well blended. Spread over refried beans.





3. Top with cheese, dollops of guacamole, tomato, onions and olives. Serve with tortilla chips.

If you had 2 other types of olives, pimentos and anchovies you could make a tapenade.





I use sliced black olives in my taco salad all the time. Just mix your lettuce, drained olives, seasoned taco meat, shredded cheese, raw corn sliced from one ear of sweet corn (optional), 1 can of mexican style chili beans (drained) and a bag of fritos. Toss it all with catalina dressing.





OR, you could do an olive garden style salad. Those use whole olives, but sliced would work just as well.

6c cooked multi grain rotini


1%26amp;1/2 c diced cucumber


2 med tomatoes ,diced


2 oz feta cheese ,finely crumbled


1 med green bell pepper ,chopped


12 med pitted black olives,sliced


1/4 c chopped fresh dill


juice of 1/2 lemon


1/4 tsp salt


1/8 tsp black pepper





Mix all together in large bowl . chill untill


ready to serve .
I like to sprinkle them on top of my tossed/garden salads, use as a topping on homemade pizza, put into my spaghetti sauce, top tacos or burritos or enchiladas, use in a 7 layer dip, mix in with some softened cream cheese and us as a dip for chips...

I like putting them on my baked potato with cheese and sour cream. Lettuce, tomato, ham, green onion, boiled eggs and black olives. Can I come for dinner, I love black olives.
