I need a chicken salad recipe for wedding reception?

Does anyone have a good recipe?I need a chicken salad recipe for wedding reception?
Can you make Tuna Salad?

If so, just use canned chicken in place of Tuna.

OK, my salad is one can of Chicken (or tuna), choppe donions, chopped celery, chopped pickles (I prefer bread and butter style, but, sweet or dill work well too), Just enough mayonaise or Miracle Whip to moisten it, and a dab of mustard. Maybe like a teaspoon.

Then mix all together.

Eat on bread, or crackers, or by itself. Delicious.I need a chicken salad recipe for wedding reception?
