need 1 (anis), 2 tomato, 1 onion, 1 citrus juice, olive oil, half toasted bread cut the anis small pieces and the other as usal put it together and mix it these salad claled (tabouli) in arabicPlease can you give me some unusual salad recipes.?
I love fruit salads:
Chop up all your favorite fruits into bite sized pieces, add mayonaise (or any other salad dressing, preferable thousand island) and mix mix mix! Yumm.
Simple, easy to make and very delicious!
Papaya Salad (Thai)
INGREDIENTS:
3 cloves garlic, peeled
3 fresh green chile peppers
6 green beans, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 large unripe papaya, peeled and cut into thin strips
1 tomato, halved and seeded
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons finely chopped unsalted, dry-roasted peanuts

DIRECTIONS:
In a blender or food processor, coarsely chop the garlic, chile peppers, and green beans. Mix in the papaya, and process into small chunks. Mix in the tomato, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Process the mixture until soft and slightly chunky. Transfer to a medium bowl. Stir in the peanuts. Cover, and refrigerate until serving.

FISH/SHRIMPS SALAD
fish fillet/shrimps - sliced tiny
onions - sliced thin
fresh tomatoes
chilli - sliced tiny
ginger (very lil) - blend
salt %26amp; sugar to taste
lemon juice
Mix well...
BEANSPROUTS SALAD
beansprouts - lightly boiled and sieved
onions - sliced thin
Mix well with (this paste)
Chilli, small no of dried shrimps - to be blended
salt and sugar - to taste
lemon juice
shredded coconut
ps - you can have the paste with fresh cabbage/ young mango/young papaya - sliced thin

German cucumber salad; slice two 'cuces two onions soak in a50/50 mix of water/vinegar season wit pepper celery seed salt to taste and chives drain and serve over leaf lettuce good stuff!!
cut the chicken into small cubes(bone less), marinate it with yoghurt,salt,chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,keep it aside for about half to one hour(or u can keep in fridge for abt a day or two also).deep fry the chicken cubes and keep aside.
now cut some onions(cubes),cut bell peppers(capsicums)of different colors into cubes.slitly fry the onions and bell peppers and keep aside.now beat an egg and thinly spread it over the frying pan as a pancake(add some salt if needed).now take a deep glass bowl put some bell pepper at the bottom , then lay a layer of chicken,then onions,repeat this till its over (u can add some latuce if u like).roll the egg and cut into small rings and decorate it on top of the salad.ur chicken salad is ready.
