thanksBest salad recipes..?
I like homegrown sliced tomatoes, alternated with fresh buffalo mozzarella, drizzed with extra-virgin olive oil and sprinkled with some fresh chopped basil %26amp; oregano ......but, since it's hard to get good tomatoes, this is my next favorite:

Raspberry Walnut Spinach Salad

1 washed %26amp; torn bunch of spinach

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1-2 handfuls washed fresh raspberries (or strawberries)

carmelized walnuts **

Raspberry Walnut Vignarette dressing (Marie's is good)

** Carmelize the walnuts by stirring in a hot frying pan with some sugar, until the sugar melts and coats the nuts.... Then toss everything together ....

Note: You can make that salad with drained mandarin oranges, carmelized sliced almonds %26amp; Balsamic vignarette dressing too....Best salad recipes..?
